Heart of the Carolinas Home Care has an immediate opening for a kind, reliable, and dependable On-Call, Fill-In Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring comfort, and invaluable companionship. Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Household duties
• Companionship support

Qualifications and Required Experiences:

• Minimum of 1 year of continuous employment as a Personal Care Aide with a single employer.
• Dependable work history with demonstrated punctuality and professionalism.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable care to clients.
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus but not required.
