Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation therapy and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.
  • Operate radiation therapy equipment with precision and care to ensure accurate treatment delivery.
  • Monitor patient conditions during treatment and report any changes to the oncologist and medical staff.
  • Maintain patient records and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, potential side effects, and aftercare.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • TMB (Texas Medical Board) license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation therapy.

Desired Experience:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle patients with empathy and care.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $113,000, contingent on the candidate's experience and skills. The exact salary will be discussed during the interview, ensuring alignment with the candidate's expectations. Additional benefits may include:
