Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Huntington Beach, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for candidates seeking a stable role in the non-profit sector. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to contribute to various administrative, financial, and HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities: - Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and screening processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions into the organization. - Manage financial tasks such as processing purchase orders, tracking budgets, and handling invoices and expenses. - Maintain office operations by ordering and organizing supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace. - Act as the primary point of contact at reception, warmly greeting visitors and handling inquiries. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, maintain records, and support team collaboration. - Coordinate internal communications and assist in developing procedures to streamline office workflows. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and assist in HR-related documentation. - Support the preparation of financial summaries and clerical tasks to aid decision-making processes. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and office management roles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Familiarity with financial processes such as accounts payable and budget tracking. - Experience in HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Flexible schedule availability to adapt to varying work hours.
